Delivery UK Orders

UK (Mainland) Orders – Free delivery over £50

Delivery of our drink and art products is free to the UK (mainland) on orders over £50. To general customers a £4.50 delivery charge will be placed on orders under this amount or on orders outside of the UK mainland. Trade customers have different rates.

A person over 18 is required by law to be present for all deliveries of alcohol.

Goods are delivered via a third party fulfilment house. We aim to dispatch orders received before 12 noon on the same day, except for orders received over the weekend, these will dispatch on Mondays (excluding Bank Holidays). If there are likely to be any delays, we will keep you informed to the best of our ability.

Returns

Your goods should arrive in perfect condition. All drink items are shipped in specially designed cardboard boxes that provides superior protection to ensure full protection during transit.

You must contact us within 3 working days of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not meet your expectations. If you fail to do so you shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods in their entirety.  Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the goods need to be returned by you to us at the address as shown on the delivery note with your name and order number. You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) if the goods are in fact defective or the incorrect item(s) were shipped to you. We ask that you pack the item securely using the original packaging to return the goods and send it with the delivery note. Goods returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the seller on the package. Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

If there is a problem, contact details for returns via the third party fulfilment house will be included in the packaging.

You will be required to provide evidence of the condition of any goods deemed damaged or defective.

Bottles of alcohol cannot be returned; your statutory rights are not affected.

Art prints and related products (non-sale items) may be returned if they are deemed damaged, defective or the wrong item was received. They must be returned as instructed in the parcel:

• In their original packaging and condition as unopened
• Securely wrapped
• The returns slip included
• Important note: Copyright of the art is held exclusively by Inspired Spirits t/a Modern Art Distillery, therefore no copies must be made at any time other than for personal use. However if the goods received are being returned for any reason ALL copies must be destroyed.

Refunds

Any refund due will be processed to the payment method used when initially placing your order.
